In early March, JinKO announced that it would cooperate with Al Dhafra Photovoltaic Power Station in Abu Dhabi, the world's largest monocrystalline PV station, to build a project with a total installed capacity of 2.1GW.
JinKO fully combines the geographical environment characteristics of local high reflectivity and high solar radiation, and selects high-efficiency N-type Tiger Neo modules to bring more excellent power generation gains. It fully utilizes the characteristics of N-type TOPcon batteries such as high power, high efficiency, high reliability, high double-sided ratio, low attenuation, low temperature coefficient, and better weak light performance. In addition, Tiger Neo series N-type components can reduce the number of project components, array, and floor space, effectively saving installation time and subsequent operation and maintenance costs, resulting in significant optimization of the entire life cycle cost of the power station.According to the estimation and estimation of the investor, after the project is completed and put into operation, the power generation capacity will meet the electricity demand of about 160000 households in the United Arab Emirates, and will help reduce carbon emissions of over 3.6 million metric tons per year, which is equivalent to reducing the emissions of 720000 driving vehicles. What's more, supported by the advantages of N-type TOPCon components, the Al Dhafra project is expected to achieve a minimum online electricity price of 1.35 cents per kilowatt hour, setting a new record low.
